About Brian
Born in New York, I first came to the St. Pete–Clearwater area for college — and like so many who arrive here, I instantly fell in love with the energy, the coastline, and the people. I never left. With a strong background in customer service and management, I bring a steady, thoughtful, and educational approach to real estate. My goal is to empower every client with the knowledge they need to feel confident in the process, whether they’re buying their first home or making a strategic move. I believe that informed clients make the best decisions, and I’m committed to guiding them with clarity, patience, and integrity.
Outside of real estate, my heart is in community. I love creating spaces for people to connect — from hosting local events to bringing friends and neighbors together around a great meal. Cooking, dinner parties, and deep sea fishing are some of my favorite ways to unwind and stay connected to what makes this area special. Whether I’m out on the water or welcoming people into my home, I bring that same spirit of warmth, authenticity, and hospitality to how I serve my clients and my community.
